The objective of this project was to convert an existing building into a commercial facility for Zoomies Pet, which featured specialized kennels designed to ensure the well-being and safety of pets. The exterior structure consisted of concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls and masonry, providing both durability and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The roofing system comprised a membrane laid over a metal deck, offering robust protection against environmental elements.

Internally, the facility maintained a ceiling height of 10 feet, creating a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. The flooring was constructed as a slab on grade, ensuring stability and ease of maintenance.

Additionally, the roof possessed a flat design, contributing to the modern architectural style of the building.

To enhance safety measures and adhere to regulatory standards, fire sprinkler systems were installed throughout the facility.

Furthermore, comprehensive plans for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems were developed to guarantee efficient operations and to provide a safe and supportive environment for both animals and staff.
